Welcome to the Masterclass Adventure Rider Development Program registration page!

You’re about to secure your place on one of Australia’s most comprehensive off-road motorcycle development programs available. The Masterclass Development Program has been specifically formulated be a team of experts, specifically targeting larger adventure motorcycles.

The program consists of three seperate phases which are all outlined in the program information kit. Phase one of the program allows for anyone to register. However phase two and three are by invitation only. If you don’t yet have the information kit CLICK HERE

There is no time limit to complete all three phases of the Masterclass Program, however where possible it is recommend you complete the program within twelve months to optimise your learning and development potential.

Registration for this event will take around 15 minutes to finalise and may be completed using a desktop computer, tablet or smart phone.



INFORMATION RECOMMENDATION

Please ensure you have requested a copy of the complete Masterclass Information kit containing dates, fees, inclusions and content. Inclusions and cost for each event may differ from previous events.



OUR COVID MANAGEMENT PLAN

To participate in this development program you are required, and will have prove that you have been double vaccinated by the program start date. If you have no intention of obtaining the double dose vaccinations prior to the commencement of phase one, DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS PROGRAM. If you arrive at scrutineering and cannot provided acceptable evidence of being double vaccinated, you will not be permitted to participate, and you will not be provided with a refund.

You will be asked to provide evidence of this during scrutineering. If you hold an anti vaccination mindset that’s okay, we appreciate and respect your views. However this event is only for those who are double vaccinated.

If you have valid medical reason for not being vaccinated, please present a letter from your health practitioner setting out the reasons that prevent you from being vaccinated.



BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT

Please be aware that your deposit payment is non refundable within 2 months of the event start state. Full details are included within the event terms and conditions, which will be presented to you as part of the registration process. Please read the event terms and conditions when later presented.



PREPARE BEFORE YOU BEGIN

As part of the event registration process, you will need the following information. We recommend you have this information available prior to clicking next below and commencing your registration.

  • Personal health and next of kin details
  • Vaccination details
  • Health fund name and membership number
  • Medicare Number and position on your card
  • Details of ambulance cover if separate to health fund
  • The expiry date of your licence and motorcycle registration
  • Your Motorcycle tyre sizes (don’t guess must be accurate)
  • Fuel capacity and range of your motorcycle
  • A Visa or MasterCard to complete your payment
  • Minimum deposit is 990 plus bank merchant fees.


DON’T LEAVE BLANK SPACES ANYWHERE ON THE REGISTRATION FORMS

The information fields on the following pages need to be completed correctly, otherwise you will receive processing errors, or the payment process will not appear. If this happens to you, go back and check you haven’t missed a field or inadvertently entered any information in the incorrect format. If you have technical difficulties, our phone number is at the bottom of each information page. You can call us anytime – even after hours if you’re having any technical issues.



DECLINED PAYMENTS

Please ensure you have the available funds if the page resets after payment without notification. Declined payments could glitch the system and require you to re enter all your information.



WHY WE REQUIRE THIS INFORMATION

In order to meet our duty of care, insurance requirements and to ensure your safety during this event, we are obligated to obtain specific personal health and other information from you.

If you have an accident or a health incident of any kind on route, our paramedics need to be aware of any medications, allergies or health conditions you have. It could be critical to your care if needed. All the information you provide to us is kept in the strictest confidence and is only accessed by senior management with a valid reason, including our medical teams prior to, and during the event.

If you do not provide this information you will not be able to complete your registration for this event.



YOUR SAFETY

We need to be sure you have the the required riding experience, appropriate riding and safety equipment, the physical capacity and endurance, along with the mental toughness required enjoy this program.
